The car is in my name and my friend has no rights. He paid the bills that had to pay a lot to repair the car, but his name is not the cars. Anyway, we separated and now he wants to pay me back the money, but they can not say that I did not pay him or he will have a lien on my car. Can you do that, and what are my rights?
