My friend is a day and to drink a day of creatine for a few hours after taking creatine and alcohol day and night, he was in pain. Not sure if it is B / C, which has both liquid and creatine in his body or something else ... I have tried to find the side effects, but b / c has not been clinically proven that there are no side effects.
