Your pain is probably caused by muscles that have not traditionally worked, are caused. or at least not with the intensity, in the exercise of Jiu-Jitsu. Pain is a part of the healing process of your muscles. The greater the severity and duration of pain should be reduced. Stretching is a good idea. The muscles are separated more easily in cold, not fully exploited. In addition, make sure you properly hydrated can avoid many problems.
