Metal Shower Hooks Slide How Do I Make Metal Shower Curtain Hooks Slide Better On A Metal Rod?

How do I make metal shower curtain hooks slide better on a metal rod? - metal shower hooks slide

I did not push two hooks on the shower rod satin nickel and hook so easily over the counter. Is there something that I help put on the bar to see?

I have these shower hooks Bed Bath & Beyond (I think they come in brushed nickel ... is a way to have the same satin-nickel I sure you can play anywhere) who have little spherical roller bearings support above the ring / curtain glides very well. Previously, he was in regular use, and hooks are always surprised and fall. It was a pain when I found these I was thrilled. Look at the shower curtain motion in any business in the house, most places now. If you already have and to experience these problems, I'm sorry, I'm working under the assumption that regular hook. Good luck.

The problem is, is that the satin abrasive.

The best way is to download the ring, or and polish the inner surface of the ring to replace slides over the metal rod with a high-speed drill and a wire brush.

Lubricants attract dust and are quickly uncomfortable, require constant application, by the humid environment, so there is no way that I recommend.

Use of simple, cost-effective and designed to be sustainable? Go to the Home Center and buy steel wool. He has several degrees, but would like # 0000 or # 000th The first time you for glass and chrome finish. It is zero and nothing cleans everything very smoothly. Obtain for $ 1.50 and rub the bar at the bottom. Slick without greasy, not replace it or lose too much time

Polish Spray Works - not sure where they come from, but here in the UK we have the promise and other brands that work for treatment. WD40, I believe that after a while, dirt on the bar - because it is even worse.

The attempt, my first thought - that we use in our commitment to curtain rods and drag as ... err something gliding good. What was difficult to put my point more.

We could try to Teflon or silicone spray. Spray onto a cloth and rub the rod with the cloth to prevent spills and drops. You probably have quite often used, but worth a try.
